The judges were impressed with the binding and the excellent machine quilting. I was impressed with the interesting use of the tree fabric - she made it really look like distant mountains.

This was one of the smaller quilts entered, but is really done well. When we unpacked it, my first thought was it was a really wierd shaped Montana. Then I read the entry blank, and pulled out an atlas. Oops!
