Shipping and Handling

Please use the chart for figuring your postage on fabric orders. Orders for other items may be more or less, depending on size and weight of your order. We ship priority mail on all domestic orders over $10. Oversize items like rulers, batting or cone holders will be more than the estimated postage. We review every order and adjust the shipping manually to give you the lowest rate possible.

DOMESTIC ORDERS – FABRIC ONLY:

Orders up to $10.00..................................$3.00

From $10.01 to $40.00................................$5.60

From $40.01 to $80.00................................$11.40

From $80.01 to $120.00..............................$17.00

From $120.01 to $220.00..............................$22.00

Over $220 ............................................$25.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship Global Priority Mail wherever possible, and use the flat rate envelopes or boxes.

About 8 yards of fabric or 3.5 yards of flannel will fit in the flat rate envelope. More than that will go in flat rate boxes.

Canada is now 19.95 for an envelope and, 40.95 for a medium, and 53.95 for a large flat rate box.

All other Global Priority countries are 23.95 per envelope, 59.95 for a medium and 77.95 for a large flat rate box.

Our software will estimate one envelope for each $50 you order, but it is an estimate and will be adjusted manually when the order is shipped.

Hungary, Romania, Greece, Italy, and Mexico have known theft problems within their postal services, so we will ship to these countries airmail insured, and you must pay the full postage and insurance. We will contact you before shipping, because postage to these countries is expensive. If you really want us to ship global priority, we will -- but we will not guarantee delivery. If it is stolen enroute, we will NOT make it good to these known problem countries.

We do not ship at all to Nigeria. Ever.

The United States Postal Service does not have Global Priority service to some places. You can always check their website to see what the current policies are. In war zones or dangerous places like Israel or Iran, they change their policy as often as they change their underwear, so it doesn't hurt to check. To those places we will send surface insured, and charge you actual cost plus insurance.
