I have quilted for 20+ years. This challenge was extremely hard. I'm not a big fan of Elvis. So this piece I made thinking only 'blue'. The finishing touches do have the gifts 'to Elvis from you' or 'to you from Elvis. But I think the viewer would or will think of Elvis' song Blue Blue Christmas. Yet not in the challenge, you might not even consider it an Elvis quilt, which was a goal. |
