Artists StatementI was struggling with inspiration for several days. I had laid out the challenge fabric on my table and was auditioning complimentary fabrics....nothing worked. All the fabrics I had laid down took away something from the challenge fabrics....I then laid down my standby of white and black and white polka dots...ZING!... Okay...the colors worked....but now the pattern...still nothing...I drew several ideas...and then was browsing when I found JIGSAW PUZZLE copyright 2003 by Marcia Hohn at quilterscache.com and knew instantly it would work. Now? You be the judge. |
